My Story
Simone Baldinelli
My passion for event planning started almost by chance. During a period of volunteering at a fair-trade shop, I was asked to oversee a project that would involve the entire community.
Without even realizing it, I found myself fully immersed in the organization: coming up with ideas, coordinating people, and managing every detail. When the day of the event arrived, I felt a unique sense of fulfillment, not so much from the turnout itself, but from the journey I had taken to make it happen.
From that moment on, people started asking me to manage other events, as if I had naturally become the go-to person for organizing.
Over time, I got involved with various associations, always ending up taking on the role of organizer.
One day, I found myself coordinating the festival of a small town, a project that required the collaboration of multiple local groups.
It was then that I realized I was capable of doing something I had never imagined: organizing complex and engaging events.
The idea of turning this passion into a career began to take shape.
In the end, tired of a job that didn’t fulfill me, I made a bold decision: to leave everything behind and follow what truly excited me. That’s how my journey into the world of event and wedding planning began.
I sought out experienced people to learn from and devoted myself to both theory and practice, working alongside professionals and taking an active role in events. Each experience taught me something new and helped me build a solid foundation of skills. Event after event, my expertise grew until I decided to start my own business.
Looking back, I’m proud of the choices I made; they allowed me to do the work of my dreams.
What I love most about this profession is the chance to help people live unforgettable moments. Knowing I contributed to creating a perfect day that will remain etched in someone’s memory forever is an invaluable satisfaction.
I’m a detail-oriented person who loves to travel with imagination, qualities that allow me to be both meticulous and creative in my work.
